Wrong side of the road

Mid-day - Had a scary moment on the roads earlier. Old man came driving towards me on the wrong side of the road, on the back road behind the Howard Centre in Welwyn Garden City. Honked the horn and flashed the lights on my car until he stopped. Road has a central divider so the elderly gentleman had no option other than to turn back
