Every morning I drive from St Albans to Welwyn Garden City, and return again in the evening. I have noticed that there usually is something happening along the way, so I thought I would start writing it down. The roads I will mainly cover is A1081, A414, A6129, A1(M) between junction 3 and 4

A1(M) soutbound between J4 and J2 will be closed from 28th
Highway Agency is reporting that A1(M) southbound between junction 4 and 2 will be closed from 10:00 on 28th of August due to roadworks. The road is scheduled to reopen 17:00 on 29th of August Link
